Cortney Bailey, a Dallas native, brings over a decade of experience in Real Estate and is a Global Real Estate Advisor for Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. She began her real estate career in Los Angeles and was involved in securing property sales in total of nearly half a billion and served as a local and international sales, marketing and design consultant at several branded luxury developments.

As a buyers’ and sellers’ agent, Cortney is committed to providing her clients excellent customer service along with the highest quality representation and professionalism. It is her goal that her clients have an enjoyable experience as they purchase or sell a home or condominium. Cortney’s personable and professional character allows her to develop and maintain a good relationship with her clients as she strives to build new ways to enhance the real estate experience for them.

Cortney is experienced in working with high-profile clients, from heads of corporations to athletes and entertainers, as well as families, first-time homeowners and clients who are relocating. By listening to her clients’ needs, her main objective is to help her clients achieve their real estate goals and expectations by finding them the best investment available.

Before real estate, Cortney spent several years as a public relations manager within the NFL and as a news broadcaster. Recently, Cortney has been featured on various television networks as a real estate expert. Cortney received her BA in Communications from Baylor University and attended UCLA’s highly ranked Interior Design School. She continues to use these communication skills daily in real estate as she works diligently for her clients and negotiates on their behalf.

Cortney enjoys decorating her Preston Hollow home, the Arts, cooking and spending time with her family, friends and pet Yorkie.
